Via Bandito

The special thing about the “Smuggler’s Trail” is that it is not actually a via ferrata, but a path carved into the rock. The path is NOT equipped with a continuous steel rope and only secured with a “rope railing”. Equally unique is that the path does not lead steeply upwards, but has been cut (very narrow! and with a lot of low visibility) almost horizontally into the rock. This trail is our most original tour, away from the crowds – just something special. A head for heights and surefootedness are absolute prerequisites!
