Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, we INFORM that our company SKYclimber s.a.s. di Engels Thomas & C. , Via E. Taroli 4, 25010 Tremosine (BS), Italy, processes the personal data of customers, suppliers, shareholders and landowners, as well as of persons who voluntarily communicate their personal data (by telephone, fax or e-mail) to our sales office or to the management, as well as of persons whose data have been acquired by third parties, for example when acquiring external data for commercial information, public directories, etc., in the latter case it is exclusively personal data of a common/ordinary nature.

SKYclimbers.a.s. di Engels Thomas & C. guarantees that within the scope of legal provisions, the treatment of personal information shall take place in respect of fundamental rights and freedoms as well as in respect of the dignity of the interested person, with particular reference to confidentiality, to personal identity, and to the right of the protection of personal information.

Objectives and purposes of data processing:
• Fulfilment of legal obligations, obligations from ordinances, community norms as well as civil and tax law
• Fulfilment of possible contractual obligations towards the person concerned
• Fulfilment of activities in connection with the business activities of our company, such as the filling in of internal statistics, for invoicing purposes and for keeping customer/supplier accounts
• Objectives of a business nature such as the sending of business information and advertising material (by post, fax and e-mail), marketing and market research
• Protection of assets and management of liabilities
• Objectives regarding insurance, especially credit insurance
In relation to the above-mentioned objectives, your personal data will be forwarded if necessary:

• to all those natural and/or legal, public and/or private persons (legal, administrative and tax consultancy offices, courts, chambers of commerce, etc.) if the forwarding is necessary or useful for the exercise of our activity and in the manner and for the purposes indicated above
The personal data processed by our company are not subject to dissemination.

The data processing may be carried out with or without the aid of electronic and in any case automatic means and shall include all the operations provided for in Article 4, paragraph 1, letter a of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 and necessary for the data processing in question. In any case, the data processing will be carried out in compliance with all security measures that guarantee its security and confidentiality.

The Data Protection Act grants the persons concerned the possibility to exercise certain rights as per art. 7, in particular the right to know what personal data the owner holds about him/her and to obtain information as to whether data about him/her exists, even if not yet recorded, and to receive details of such data, its origin and the reason and purpose for its processing in an intelligible form, as well as information about the owner and person responsible for processing and the persons and categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated. The person concerned has the right to confirm and check his or her data, to correct and supplement it, to request that the data be deleted, blocked and converted into anonymous data if the processing violates the legal provisions. He/she has the right to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of his/her data in whole or in part, as well as to request their deletion, blocking, transformation into anonymous data and, without legitimate reason, if data are used for the purposes of commercial information, sending of advertising material, direct sales, market research and opinion polls.

Automatic data storage
